How Realistic Are International Loans From U.S. Lenders/Investors?Most lenders here in the USA that make international loans really want loans of $10 million and up. $1 million is the absolute minimum they will consider and most will not even want to work with this amount. There reason is that there is just as much work, time and effort in making a smaller loan as it is to make a larger one.
