The minimum loan amount is $30,000. Interest rates for these loans begin at 9.99%, which is within the current range for short-term hard money loans. These Rehabilitation/Construction and Cash Out Loans may be closed in as little as 7 business days, once all documentation has been submitted.
This Lending Program Cannot Be Used To Fund The Following:Property Developments, Cash out on raw land, oil or natural gas exploration or development or water rights financing.100% financing for purchase/rehabilitation/construction is NOT available. You, the borrower, must some investment in the property for the deal to work. The Rehabilitation/Construction loan program is available in 44 states and Washington, D.C. This lender will not lend on properties in Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, North Dakota and South Dakota.
